To The Moon! Plays That Blast off was part of The 52nd Street Project's 2024 fall playmaking show in which young people come together to create theatre. Each short play is then produced and characters brought to life by industry professionals. The 2024 fall playmaking show included a colorful cast of singing pigs, emo mops, pickleball playing saber-toothed tigers and gorillas, and rectangular videogame characters.
